Fire Cider

Fire Cider is a tonic prepared by steeping ingredients like onions, garlic, jalapeños, ginger, citrus fruits, berries like aronia berries and elderberries, & fresh herbs in organic Apple Cider Vinegar. It’s an adaptable recipe, per taste of the maker. This brew sits for 6 weeks and then strained to make a spicy, *healthy elixir.

Fire Cider was discovered in the 1970’s and has been made throughout time. Proclaiming to boost the immune system, especially during cold and flu season, it is also supposed to help with inflammation in the body, blood sugar levels and giving the body extra nutrients, like Vitamin C, zinc, or vitamin D.
